Paloma Pérez - viola

A viola concert performer specializing in contemporary music, she regularly works on and premieres 21st-century compositions.

As a performer, he works with various symphony orchestras in Spain and ensembles specializing in music from the Baroque to the 21st century.

Also an instrumentalist of the baroque viola, viola da gamba, and violin, he specialized in Renaissance and Baroque styles at the Vienna Conservatory and Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität. During these years, he performed in venues such as the Berliner Philharmonie, the Musikverein, and the MuseumsQuartier, among others.

She studied viola at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, where she received lessons from Thomas Riebl, Milan Radic, Peter Langgartner, and Veronika Hagen. During this period, she participated as a soloist in the Mozarttwoche music festival.

Later he continued his studies with Igor Boguslavsky and Alexander Bobrovsky at the PI Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, receiving masterclasses in chamber music from Vladimir Yurigin-Klevk and viola from Yuri Bashmet.

His first concert as a soloist was at the 1st Festival of Youth Orchestras held in Navarre, and he continued as a soloist throughout Russia and Europe (Paris, Slovakia, Berlin and Moscow) with both youth and symphony orchestras.

She has worked in various Spanish and European symphony orchestras as a violinist and violist. As a teacher, she has worked at various Spanish conservatories as a viola, violin, and chamber music professor, as well as a guest teacher at masterclasses in Spain and Austria.

In addition, he continues to pursue his career in various areas of musical research and dissemination in collaboration with various European and American universities and conservatories.
