Sergio García - repertoire

Born in 2001, he enrolled in the Alcalá de Henares Professional Conservatory in 2009, with Mendmaa Dorzhin. Ten years later, he completed his professional studies with the End of Degree Award, still with Mendmaa as his teacher. He also studied for five years with Víctor Hugo Álvarez, earning honors in piano in previous years.

She completed her first two years of advanced studies at the Conservatorio Superior de Castilla y León, with Sophia Hase as her teacher, earning honors in piano and chamber music (with the Aetatis Trio). She is currently completing her advanced studies with Manuel Tévar at the Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio.

He has won first prizes in international piano competitions such as the "Ciudad de Fundâo" in Portugal, the "Villa de Madrid" and the "Gran Klavier Ciudad de Alcalá", where he also won the award for best performance of Spanish music, the Hinves Pianos award and the special "Nelson Freire" award.

He has also been awarded, forming the "Dúo Berlinches", with the 2nd Prize in the chamber music competition of Juventudes Musicales "Ciudad de Ávila" (2022), and with the 3rd prize in the prestigious "Certamen Internacional de Jóvenes Intérpretes Pedro Bote" (2022), being the only chamber group that reached the final.

He has completed courses with maestros such as Igor Cognolato in Vienna and Ossiach, and received master classes from teachers such as Josep Colom, Brenno Ambrosini, Galina Eguiazarova, Alexander Kandelaki, Patrín García-Barredo, Gustavo Díaz-Jerez, Aida Gavrilova, and more.

He has performed as a soloist at the Real Casa de la Moneda y Timbre and at the Teatro Salón Cervantes, accompanied by the Alcalá Conservatory Symphony Orchestra. Since the 2017-2018 academic year, he has been the principal pianist and harpsichordist of the Atlántida K-Music Orchestra and the Atlántida Chamber Orchestra, playing in the main auditoriums in Spain, also featuring concerts in France.

He participated in the recording of the album Nightclub 1960 with the Atlántida Chamber Orchestra (2022). He also participated in the recording of the soundtrack for the film "Alimezher" in 2019, alongside his quintet "Quint3t".

He has worked as a repertoire teacher at the Ibemusik Segovia Music Academy & Fest in 2021 and 2022.

He regularly performs in concerts throughout Spain with violinist Carlos G. Berlinches, forming the "Dúo Berlinches" and the "Trío 3T." With the "Dúo Berlinches," he has participated in festivals and concerts such as "Festival Noche en Blanco y Negro" (2021, 2022), "La Sierra Musik Fest" (2021), and more.

He is currently a piano teacher at Juventudes Musicales Alcalá de Henares.

He has been performing as an accompanying pianist since 2013, and was the repertoire of the Mixed Voice Choir of the Alcalá de Henares Conservatory from 2013 to 2019. He won the School Choir Competition of the Community of Madrid as pianist of the "CEIP Beatriz Galindo" choir in 2018. He has been a repertoire of conservatory entrance exams since 2016.
